Preacher, an Austin-based advertising agency, wanted a series of cohesive black-and-white headshots for their entire team. Over the course of two days, Lex set up a portable studio on-site and photographed 60+ team members, ensuring each portrait reflected both professionalism and personality. Each person selected their two favorite images, which were then retouched and finalized to create a clean, modern collection of portraits that fit seamlessly with the agency’s aesthetic.
The group portrait Lex shot for Preacher in Austin was featured in the agency’s recent Ad Age article announcing its expansion to Amsterdam. The founders selected this editorial-style black-and-white image to represent their team and creative spirit, making it the visual centerpiece of the story.
